I know, I know. You’re probably thoroughly tired of hearing how much I love these, but I just can’t stop. Recently, new shades of Tanya Burr Lip Glosses were released on FeelUnique, and I just couldn’t help picking up two new ones and an older shade that I had been eyeing.
As usual, the formula feels great on the lips – it’s hydrating and not too sticky, and smells like strawberries.
Sparkling Dewdrops is a sheer peachy pink, and any glitter doesn’t translate to the lips. It’s so easy to wear and goes with everything – so much so that I keep it in my coat pocket and tend to put it on after I’m done my tea in the morning.
Enchanted Forest looks terrifying in the tube, but is a really pretty sheer berry red on the lips. My only issue with this is that it tends to emphasize my lip lines, which isn’t something I’ve had a problem with with any other gloss or stain product. I can usually avoid this by applying a very thin layer rather than slathering it on, which I did to show you the effect of it in the swatch.
Exotic Island was released with the initial shades when the glosses first came out, but I’ve been eyeing it for a while. It’s a bright pink that looks super scary in the tube but is actually red-based, sheer, and wearable. It really adds life to the face without being too high maintenance.
If you haven’t tried Tanya’s glosses, you should. They’re such a staple in my makeup collection – I basically wear them every day – and they’re super affordable, too!
